He worked at Westinghouse, ABB and his own electrical testing company, Dillon Engineering Associates before joining EPS as the Operations Manager for the Kansas City office in 2008. Joe moved up to Regional Director and then National Sales Director and this month marked his eighth anniversary with EPS. Customers always found him to be friendly, honest, extremely knowledgeable in his profession, and a man of great character.

Joe was also a dedicated family man who enjoyed spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He loved to travel and was particularly interested in anything tied to his Irish heritage. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and cooking out for his friends and family. He never met a stranger and exemplified the characteristic of a generous heart. Joe also found deep joy in working with the poor and homeless and spent time volunteering with organizations who addressed issues of poverty.

Children include John Jones and wife Shannon, Tricia Dillon Thomas and husband Clay, Stephen Gasque and wife Erika, Joseph Bruce Dillon, Jr, and wife Elizabeth, Morgan Jones, and Amber Jones Ehler and husband Dominick.
